A 50-storey residential-titled tower by MRCB inside the 17.6-acre 9 Seputeh enclave — Japanese-inspired design, a 1 km linear park at the doorstep, and the OKR–NPE Link Bridge into Bangsar and Mid Valley.
An independent marketing portal by Lim Wei Liang (Rain), REN 69435 · IQI Realty Sdn Bhd [E (1) 1584] — an authorised marketing agency appointed to assist with the sales and promotion of Lunar Seputeh. This is NOT the official website of the developer.

Lunar Seputeh takes its architectural concept from Tsuki, the Japanese word for the moon. The tower reads as a calm counterpoint to Old Klang Road: a tatami-inspired façade, a moon-shaped skylight over the rooftop lounge, and landscaping built on the Japanese principles of kanso, fukinsei, shizen and yugen.
It stands on 2.32 acres within 9 Seputeh, MRCB's 17.6-acre transit-minded enclave shared with Tria and Vivo, and is one of the few high-rise homes in the area to carry a residential title rather than a commercial one.

A residential-titled high-rise in the city — meaning residential utility tariffs and a purely residential community, not a serviced-apartment mix.
MRCB's own 1 km link bridge, opened in 2018, shortened the Bangsar-to-Old-Klang-Road route from roughly 5.5 km to 2 km and eased access towards Subang and Klang.
An approximately 1 km linear park running through the enclave from Lunar to Vivo, with a jogging track, bicycle track, playground and outdoor fitness.
Planned as a pet-friendly residence, with a dedicated Paw Haven on the podium facilities level rather than a blanket no-pets rule.
Campus Rangers International School operates within 9 Seputeh itself, with Kuen Cheng, Sri Dasmesh and Universiti Malaya all within a short drive.
Zen podium landscaping, an onsen bath and sauna, a moonlight pavilion, and a Level 45 sky deck built around the moon's form and rhythm.
Old Klang Road puts three of Kuala Lumpur's busiest employment and retail hubs inside a 3 km radius — which is what keeps rental demand in this corridor steady.
Old Klang Road is served by the KTM Komuter and Mid Valley interchange, with KL Sentral — the country's main rail hub — roughly 3 km away.
Direct access to the New Pantai Expressway via the OKR–NPE Link Bridge, plus the Federal Highway, KESAS and the Setiawangsa–Pantai Expressway.
A 17.6-acre enclave of residential, retail and commercial components organised around the Promenade Boulevard, shared with Tria and Vivo.
The Promenade Boulevard is a linear park spanning the enclave from Lunar through Tria to Vivo, giving residents a continuous green route with a jogging track, bicycle track, playground and outdoor fitness stations — an unusual amenity for a city-fringe address.
The 9 Seputeh masterplan covers roughly 17.6 acres of residential, retail and commercial components organised around that central spine.
Every layout is planned with outward-facing windows for cross ventilation, bedrooms sized for a king mattress, and a water tap at the balcony. Types C1, C2 and C2A offer dual-key or dual-key-convertible arrangements. Full floor plans are shown below — nothing hidden. Tap any plan to open it full size.
Facilities are split across Level 2, the Level 12 and 12M podium, and the Level 45 sky floor — so the quiet uses and the active ones don't sit on top of each other.
Co-working space, reading room and reading pods, river view lounge, chill lounge, nursery and the management office.
Infinity pool, jacuzzi, onsen bath and sauna, gymnasium and dance studio, half basketball court, boxing corner, table tennis, multipurpose hall, sound studio, kids' playroom, teens' club, zen courtyard and Paw Haven.
Gourmet kitchen and lounge, raised BBQ decks, meditation deck, reflection corner and shade garden, with views over Mid Valley, Bangsar South, Taman Desa and the KL skyline.

Prices are set by the developer and move with unit type, floor level and facing, so a single headline figure on a webpage would be misleading. The accurate answer depends on which unit you want.
Send me the layout you're considering and whether you're buying to stay or to rent out, and I'll come back with the figures that actually apply to you rather than a headline number.

It is not a quotation, an offer of credit or a guarantee of loan approval, and it excludes legal fees, stamp duty, insurance and other costs. If it looks like a fit, I'll arrange a sales gallery appointment with the developer. Any booking is made with the developer directly, never through this website.
